| Methodology snapshot | This indicator consists of the standardized sum of individual scores for the following items in the de facto Transparency Index: -Are past public expenditures published online? -Is there a centralized public procurement portal where both tenders and contract awards are posted? -Have incoming and outgoing donor funds’ allocations been published? Each item can yield a full, partial, or nil score, the final value has been standardized and aggregated into a score on a scale of 10. |
