| Methodology snapshot | This indicator consists of the standardized sum of individual scores for the following items in the de facto Transparency Index: -Are Supreme Court hearing schedules public and accessible online? -Are Supreme Court sentences published online? -Is there an online gazette or a government portal that publishes all official legislation for everybody to access? Each item can yield a full, partial, or nil score, the final value has been standardized and aggregated into a score on a scale of 10. |
